Online Sale – Right to Free Termination of Contracts (Returns)

In accordance with the provisions of art. l) of paragraph 1, of article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, applicable to contracts concluded at a distance, it is informed that the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring in any costs (except return costs) and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 days from the day on which the person acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts.

Items must be returned upon presentation of the respective invoice and/or proof of payment and must be in perfect commercial condition, in the original packaging.

In cases of free Contract Termination, shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14/02.

The procedure for exercising the right is set out in articles 10 and 11 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February. For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

We make refunds using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you or technical unavailability of our services or third parties, in which case the refund will be made via bank transfer to IBAN to be indicated by the customer. ; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to have been respected if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

This return can be processed completely or partially.

 Return conditions for private customers

- Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and others. complementary laws:

a) The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

c) The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

f) The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

g) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

h) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.

- Other products that are not among these exceptions may be returned as long as they are in the appropriate condition for it; As a consumer, you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

- It will not be possible to return desktop PCs, laptops, Smartphones, PDAs, Tablets, Hard Drives or any other device from which their identifying information can be extracted for later use (license, IMEI number...), once unsealed or opened the product.

- The merchandise must be sent carefully packaged to preserve its condition, thus avoiding deterioration of its presentation or permanent damage, use appropriate protective packaging; Identify and seal the shipment correctly. Do not directly use the product box itself to make the return.

- If any item was part of a Kit, pack, offer or included a gift, you must send us its complete contents, as it is indivisible, in order to proceed with the refund. - Once the withdrawal form has been completed and sent, we will send you the instructions to send the product. You will have to send it without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your wish to make the return.

- The transportation costs caused by the return will be your responsibility. You can select the transport agency that best suits your needs or choose to benefit from our rate and request that we pick it up for you (you can select the option you want when filling out the withdrawal form).

- Once we receive the merchandise, and after checking its status, we will proceed to refund the amount. We will always make the refund within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise and in principle, in accordance with the payment method you selected when making the purchase. Until we have received the products we can withhold the refund.

- If these conditions are not met, DVDi reserves the right to reject the return.

Return conditions for companies

- Since there is no law that regulates refund rights between companies, these procedures are regulated according to the conditions of DVDi

- We will only accept the return of products received in perfect condition, as they were sent and keeping all their packaging and seals intact, during the 14 calendar days after receipt.

- The transportation costs caused by the return will be your responsibility.

- If these conditions are not met, DVDi reserves the right to reject the return.

- These conditions do not nullify the right to guarantee or exchange defective products.
